That's me

As a long-time manager, I am only too familiar with conflict-prone constellations in organizations. Conflicts cost productivity, demotivate employees and managers and - if not resolved - lead to increased fluctuation. As a manager, it has always been and is particularly important to me to lead my teams in an empathetic and employee-oriented manner. For me, constant further training is a matter of course in order to meet all the requirements.

 
After studying law at the University of Vienna, numerous stays abroad followed - for further studies, but also for professional activities. As a representative of the Austrian National Bank in Brussels and as Austrian ambassador to the OECD in Paris, I led multicultural and multinational teams and generated great experiences working with international organizations.

Dealing with stressful situations that can easily lead to crises and conflicts was one of my greatest learning effects from my work as head of various offices of Austrian politicians. 

 

Even in my private life, I am known for approaching things with patience and perseverance and no challenge, no matter how big, cannot be tackled and overcome.
